Fasting according to Buchinger
This pure liquid therapy involves consuming only vegetable broth, healthy juices, and teas. By deliberately abstaining from food or certain food groups, your immune system is activated, and your digestive system, blood vessels, and skin are rejuvenated. You'll recharge, ready to tackle the often stressful everyday life.
Wellness & Spa
The public and completely textile-free HotSpa (approx. 8,000 sqm) with direct access to Lake Constance features a sauna pool, 5 different themed saunas such as the earth, smoke, bamboo, colour light, and log sauna, steam bath, and a salt grotto. The Japanese Onsen bath with a water temperature of about 100-104°F adds a unique touch to the HotSpa. The extensive range of massages, wraps, Thalasso cosmetics, Ayurvedic and Balinese treatments also focuses on the theme of 'warmth'. NEW since 2024: New wellness house with additional massage and relaxation rooms.
The fitness room, bora jim, with 6 Kinesis stations from Technogym, allows for a full-body workout both sitting and standing, targeting all muscle groups effectively. The Kinesis stations feature Fullgravity technology, which enables three-dimensional movements and helps rediscover natural motion patterns.

Exclusive, personalised beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, detox treatments, wraps, scrubs, and much more are available for you.
Free Time
Around Lake Constance, numerous cycling and hiking trails stretch out, perfect for outdoor activities. Additionally, various water sports are available on the lake. Charming small towns, the stilt houses in Uhldingen, and cities like Bregenz and the enchanting Konstanz, approximately 12 miles away, beckon for a visit.

The Bora Hotel and the spa area are highly recommended. The hotel offers spacious and modern rooms, the breakfast buffet offers a very large selection of food. We felt completely at ease. The service is also very commendable. The spa area is completely textile-free and the facilities are super nice with great saunas and relaxation rooms.
