It is particularly suitable for allergy sufferers and individuals with respiratory diseases.

In the town centre lies the historic monastery complex with its monastery ruins and church from the 12th century. Surrounding this are the beautifully designed spa gardens with the Alb riverside path, ancient trees, and play areas - perfect for restorative walks. Additionally, the area offers numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as routes.

The vacation exceeded my expectations. I feel completely relaxed. The overall package of fasting hikes with sauna and swimming pool fits very well. The fasting group is catered for in a separate building during the day. This means that fasting guests don't have to walk through the restaurant. The ambience of a 4-star hotel did the rest. The fasting management was outstanding.
