The Hotel Bajkal, a non-smoking hotel with air conditioning, is ideally located near the city centre, right on the edge of the picturesque therapy park. Set within a meticulously renovated 19th-century building, it spans three floors and three wings, featuring a total of 115 beds in state-of-the-art rooms, making every stay a unique experience.

Franzensbad is located in the spa triangle of West Bohemia, close to the German border. The beautiful parks and surrounding forests, the pleasant climate, and countless healing springs offer excellent conditions for relaxation and active holidays.

Featuring Bohemian and international cuisine. Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner with a choice of 4-course menus. Options include low-calorie, diabetic, vegetarian, and bland diets, with lactose-free and gluten-free options available for an additional fee of 2€ (approx. UK £2 / USD $2) per day. Wellness & Spa

Indulge in the serene ambiance of our indoor pool, open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. Spanning 7x11 meters with a soothing water temperature of about 32°C, it's perfect for relaxation. Enhance your well-being with additional amenities including a whirlpool, steam bath, herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, and infrared sauna. A fitness room and salt grotto are also available for your use. Depending on the weather, our outdoor pool offers a refreshing open-air experience.

AQUAFORUM Water World - A realm of water and wellness (for a fee of €12 (approx. UK £10 / USD $13) for 2 hours). Features three indoor and three outdoor pools with water attractions, whirlpools, sauna, water cave and slide, snack bar, restaurant, and aqua shop. Enjoy cycling and walks in the vicinity. Theatre performances. During the summer months, classical concerts are held in the town. Nice vacation with small stressful flaws.

It was a very nice vacation so far, a very nice hotel with a very nice spa area and super warm pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was very good. Arrival was on a Sunday (main arrival day for spa breaks at this hotel) and took an hour and a half to check in because there was only one receptionist on site!!!! Not acceptable. The next morning there were three employees at the reception and nobody wanted to check in or out. Furthermore, you had to be afraid to drive away, if you came back too late the parking lot was full and you had to watch where you stayed. Not so easy in the city center. Overcrowded in our eyes!
