At the beginning of each therapy in the Ayurveda Center the spa guests will have a detailed conversation with the attending Ayurvedic doctor. In the process, the constitution type, also called dosha, is determined. Thus, the specialist can compile a treatment plan tailored to each guest, according to which the treatments are then based. Also depending on whether you want to have back pain, sleep disorders or burn out treated at the Ayurveda center, or simply want to feel more vital in general, the treatments will be selected for you.
Possible Ayurvedic treatments include oil massages, steam baths, oil forehead castings, Pinda Sveda herbal stamp massages, herbal inhalations or cleansing treatments. In most cases, your individual program is composed of 5 daily treatments. However, this can vary and will be tailored to your constitutional type.
The full, yet relaxing and grounding program is accompanied and rounded off by yoga and meditations. Likewise, you can listen to health lectures and deepen your knowledge on the subject of Ayurveda or Ayurvedic nutrition. In a final talk spa guests get then still helpful tips with home to continue there their way towards health.
