Regeneration therapy for a more relaxed interaction with oneself and others.

• Ayurvedic vegetarian full board (chicken or fish available upon request)
• Fresh herbal tea available throughout the day (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.), water in room
• Initial examination by an Ayurvedic doctor including pulse diagnosis, determination of doshas, and creation of an individual treatment plan
• 25 Ayurvedic treatments per week as prescribed by the doctor, e.g., head, foot, or full body massage with herbal oil, herbal, Ayurvedic steam or flower bath, inhalation, acupuncture, acupressure, Shirodhara oil forehead pour, nasal and intestinal cleansing
• 5 yoga sessions per week (45 minutes each)
• Fruit basket in room upon arrival
• Use of bathrobes & sarongs during the therapy

• Use of outdoor pool & Wi-Fi

Travel companions without treatments are welcome and can be booked via SpaDreams. Additionally, you can book extension nights without therapy (maximum of 3) with us.
