Day 1: Dehradun - Rishikesh
Welcome at Dehradun Airport & transfer to Rishikesh. City tour including Laxman Jhula bridge, Parmarth Ashram & Ganga Aarti ceremony. Overnight stay with half board in Rishikesh.

Day 2: Rishikesh - Uttarkashi
Drive to Uttarkashi. Short stop for snacks and refreshments in the ancient principality of Chamba. Overnight stay with full board in tent-cabins with solid floors at Shikhar Nature Resort.

Day 3: Uttarkashi - Nachiketa Tal - Uttarkashi
Morning Hatha Yoga & chanting by the Ganges. Excursion to Nachiketa Tal with a hike (approx. 6 km). Evening yoga. Overnight stay with full board at Shikhar Nature Resort.

Day 4: Uttarkashi
Morning yoga. Hike to a nearby village & interaction with local residents. Afternoon trip to Uttarkashi with museum visit, Vishwanath Temple & market tour. Evening yoga. Overnight stay with full board at Shikhar Nature Resort.

Day 5: Uttarkashi Yoga Day
Morning laughter yoga. Pranayama & Savasana practice followed by a theory session on the origins and philosophy of yoga. Evening meditation & Ganga Aarti. Overnight stay with full board at Shikhar Nature Resort.

Day 6: Uttarkashi - Mussoorie
Drive to Mussoorie (packed lunch). Afternoon city tour. Overnight stay with half board in Mussoorie.

Day 7: Mussoorie - Dehradun
Drive to Dehradun Airport.

Day 4: Rishikesh
Morning Ashtanga Yoga & chanting. City tour to immerse in the spiritual life of a pilgrimage town. Temple visit. Evening Ashtanga Yoga. Overnight with full board in Rishikesh.

Day 5: Yoga Day
