Dining & Leisure

Villa Lanka Pearl offers its therapy guests full board. Meals are prepared according to Ayurvedic principles prescribed by Ayurveda doctors based on Dosha type. The spacious restaurant area with adjoining terrace and a covered lounge overlooking the garden are perfect spots for relaxation. Bottled drinking water, Dosha teas, and herbal teas are served without restriction.

Ayurveda Center

Ayurveda Center with 6 treatment rooms for both traditional and individual Ayurvedic treatments or beauty and wellness treatments. A sauna is also available. Specific treatments such as foot or facial massages can be performed in the garden. The team, consisting of 2 Ayurvedic doctors (including an expert in Panchakarma, Ayurvedic psychology, acupuncture) and experienced therapists, combined with yoga and meditation, ensures that body, mind, and soul are rebalanced. Only high-quality and certified products are used for the therapies. The Ayurvedic doctors are available daily for guests and can be consulted daily if desired. Your therapy stay begins with a comprehensive diagnosis by an Ayurvedic doctor. (Determination of doshas, pulse diagnosis, etc.) Through examination and consultation, she creates a treatment plan with treatments for your optimal therapy success. Regular consultations during the therapy provide space for your questions and possible sensible adjustments to the treatment plan.

Yoga

Yoga, as a traditional method of Ayurveda, supports the physical, mental, and spiritual processes of a therapy and is offered daily on a breezy, covered yoga terrace near the pool.

Free Time

Comfortable loungers with fresh bath towels daily are available by the pool and at the private gently sloping beach (about a 5-minute walk). Bottled drinking water, Dosha teas, and herbal teas are also available here. Occasional BBQs or dinners on the beach in the hotel's own beach hut can be organised upon request (extra charge payable locally). Guided tours, such as to cultural heritage sites, the nearby lagoon, or spiritual centres, are offered at the hotel.

The Ayurveda retreat at Villa Lanka Pearl was simply perfect for my needs. From the very first moment, I felt like I was in a second home. The resort is beautifully nestled in a well-tended garden and exudes a special sense of tranquillity. My room was very spacious, with a large bathroom and a private terrace - ideal for relaxing. The treatments were extremely professional and were individually tailored to my wishes. I found it particularly positive that the doctors were always available and responded quickly and competently to special requests. I would also like to praise the kitchen: the Ayurvedic meals were not only healthy, but also delicious. In summary: an all-round wonderful experience with an exceptionally high relaxation factor. Absolutely recommendable!

Family-run, highly recommended resort, in the Ayuvedic sense. I feel completely renewed after 2.5 weeks of healing therapy. The food, therapists and the entire staff are very friendly and concerned about the well-being of their guests.
