For everyone looking to relax and rejuvenate during their holiday. This therapy, starting from 6 days, is based on Ayurveda and includes a mix of traditional treatments selected by an Ayurvedic doctor, as well as natural cosmetic treatments.

• Ayurvedic full board as recommended by the Ayurvedic doctor
• Upon arrival, you will receive a private ceremony and energetic room cleansing through smudging, performed by a Buddhist monk.
• Initial consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor including determination of doshas, creation of an individual treatment plan, follow-up consultations, and final consultation
• Water, Dosha teas or herbal teas unlimited – even on the beach
• Daily 3-4 treatments, e.g., head and full body massage, oil pour head treatments, Ayurvedic herbal steam bath, flower bath
• Ayurvedic herbal medicine as part of the therapy
• Daily yoga
• Lecture and discussion on Ayurveda (philosophy, the three doshas, nutrition, treatments, medicine) if possible during the stay period
• Cooking demonstration – subject to availability

• Occasional entertainment evenings (local band, magician, folklore, devil dancers,...)

This therapy is ideal for achieving an optimal combination of relaxation and health maintenance during your holiday. Over 14 days, you will receive approximately 45 treatments, predetermined by the Ayurvedic doctor.

Body and soul are detoxified, cleansed, and harmonized through yoga, meditation, natural medicine, Ayurvedic food, and oil massages.

An intensely purifying therapy, addressing specific issues such as joint pain, rheumatism, weak eyesight, digestive disorders, haemorrhoids or early-stage dermatitis, high blood pressure, and more, treated by the Ayurvedic doctor. The aim of this therapy is to reduce the effects of stress and, more importantly, to optimise personal stress management techniques. Burnout, a debilitating phenomenon of our time, where idealism, enthusiasm, and eagerness to work diminish while physical complaints such as constant fatigue, stomach pains, or sleep disorders emerge. Nervousness, disturbed sleep, joint pain, muscle tension, sensitivity to noise, and dry skin can all indicate such a disorder. A highly individualised therapy designed to help you pause and reconnect with yourself. Over 3 weeks, you will receive approximately 100 treatments.
