Buchinger fasting therapy is a method where solid food is avoided for a certain period to live off reserves (mainly fat reserves). You consume fresh fruit and vegetable juices, fasting broths, smoothies, water, and tea. This process deeply cleanses cells and tissues. Simultaneously, fasting reduces all inflammatory processes and improves pain and mobility restrictions.
