Emphasis is placed on healthy eating and a balanced intake of essential macro and micronutrients. A diverse selection awaits, including many vegan options. In the morning, enjoy a healthy breakfast buffet, with freshly prepared à la carte options available upon request. With half board, choose from various à la carte dishes for either lunch or dinner.

When booked via a Wellbeing programme, fresh meals according to your personalised dietary plan are served. Furthermore, individual dietary requests can be accommodated upon request.

The wellness and spa area spans approximately 350 sqm and features a Finnish sauna, a steam bath, and a relaxation room (10 a.m. - 7 p.m.). Additionally, there is a cryotherapy chamber. A team of seasoned experts offers a wide range of treatments (8:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.), including anti-stress rituals, a variety of customised massages, body scrubs with sea crystals, beauty treatments, anti-cellulite treatments, lymphatic drainage, and physiotherapy treatments. For these treatments, high-quality natural cosmetics from Team Dr. Joseph are used. These products are vegan, skin-friendly, and environmentally friendly.

Each guest receives a bespoke programme, expertly crafted around the five pillars of diagnosis, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental health. Tailored dietary, fitness, and treatment plans are developed on-site, in personal consultation, ensuring individual needs are met. In addition to relaxing massages, cutting-edge biohacking treatments such as cryotherapy, red light therapy, and cellular training are integral to the Stay Well programmes. Experts are available for consultation before, during, and after your stay.
All therapy and health treatments are conducted directly at the hotel. A spa doctor is available locally and visits the hotel as needed. Additionally, a 24-hour emergency service is available.

Our fully-equipped fitness area awaits you for your workout, featuring a variety of weights, cardio machines, and cable machines (6 a.m. to 10 p.m.). Additionally, group fitness classes such as Yoga, Pilates, or Barre workouts are offered daily in the morning in our dedicated Yoga room.
