Dining & Leisure

Several à la carte restaurants offer a culinary variety of freshly caught fish, international, Indian, and authentic Chinese cuisine in Bentota. Breakfast buffet. Ayurveda guests dine according to doshas as a set menu. In the "Palms" restaurant, dinner menu with half board, additional buffet or menu at lunch with full board, and with all-inclusive 3 meals including soft drinks. Calorie-reduced spa cuisine in Jiva Spa for a surcharge. Bar with outdoor veranda, occasional live music.

Wellness & Spa

The J Wellness Circle, with approximately 700 sqm of wellness area, combines holistic therapies with contemporary wellness, such as body wraps, classic full and partial body massages, exfoliations, lymphatic drainage, and much more. Each treatment room features its own garden and outdoor Jacuzzi. Sauna, whirlpool, steam bath, and various beauty treatments complete the offering (charges apply).

A team of expert Ayurveda doctors and therapists will advise you on choosing the appropriate Ayurvedic treatment method, for example, Pinda Sveda herbal compress massage, Shirodhara oil forehead flow, Abhyanga full-body oil massage.

Very relaxing. Great resort, super service. We only booked breakfast, but there are plenty of places to eat just outside the resort. The only slight annoyance was the train that kept running, but you soon get used to it and then that's no longer a problem. Thanks also to SpaDreams Reisen, who helped us with some problems beforehand.

Sri Lanka is a very beautiful country. The hotel is located on a beautiful, clean beach. There are numerous delicious restaurants nearby that are within walking distance. There are also sights that can be reached by tuk-tuk or train.
