Your Wellness Hotel

The beach hotel is part of the holiday and leisure park Weissenhäuser Strand, located approximately 300 metres from the 3 km long sandy beach, nestled in the unique dune and natural landscape of the Hohwachter Bay. With its diverse sports and entertainment programmes, as well as the dune pool, the beach hotel is perfect for a varied wellness and active holiday on the Baltic Sea.

Dining & Leisure

Enjoy a lavish breakfast buffet and, with half board, an evening buffet (sometimes a 3-course menu) at the "Sonnenrose" restaurant complete with a conservatory. Vegetarian dishes are also available. Additionally, the hotel boasts a bar offering delicious drinks.

Wellness & Spa

Discover pure health and relaxation across approximately 3,000 sqm at the Dünenbad featuring two indoor pools (about 28°C) and a whirlpool, a sauna area with various saunas, steam bath, ice fountain, and relaxation areas (daily 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.).

Unwind with treatments (daily 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.) such as massages, medical baths, or wraps. The beauty studio offers a range of beauty treatments, Fish-Spa basins with "nibbling fish", and Aqua Thermo-Jet.

Health & Treatments

There is no spa doctor on site. The nearest spa doctor is located in Heiligenhafen (approximately 18 km away).

Fitness & Courses

The fitness studio is equipped with modern equipment. Additionally, a class room is available. Various weekly changing classes such as yoga, water aerobics, step aerobics, (weather-dependent), and spinal gymnastics (some at an additional cost) are offered.

Free Time

The complex also features a village square with shops, restaurants, a sports and games park, bicycle rental, beach chair rental (approx. €13/day or €80/week), football golf (Easter-Oct., for a fee) and much more. KidzClub (approx. €2/hr., from 4 years old, Dec.-Jan. Tue.-Sat., otherwise daily).

Subtropical Swimming Paradise (about 10,000 sqm covered, entry from €20 per person/stay) with water slides, wave pool, water play area and much more. Adventure Jungle Land (about 6,000 sqm covered, from €20 per person/stay) with many attractions such as children's play area, high ropes course, monkey enclosure, terrariums, and much more. Waterpark (May - Oct.) with wakeboarding and water skiing facilities and slide park.

Three golf courses (2 x 18 holes, 1 x 27 holes) in the vicinity (about 20 km).

The area is also ideal for numerous excursion opportunities, such as cycling tours through the Holstein Switzerland, water sports, or a visit to the nearby nature reserve.

Hotel rooms not 4 stars, stained old carpeting, bathrooms in need of renovation. Construction noise in places.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food very good and varied. The rooms needed a new floor. Since my girlfriend was with me, I saw that they were doing a new floor. The room was already ready.
