The Spa Hotel SILVA is located on the edge of the Forest Park (completely renovated in 2020), just a few meters from the colonnade with the healing springs and the "Singing Fountain".

Location & Surroundings

Marienbad, the famous West Bohemian spa town, is located in the southern foothills of the Slavkov Forest. Surrounded by mountains and forests, with 40 mineral springs, clean air, and a mild stimulating climate, it impresses with its magnificent Art Nouveau architecture and extensive spa parks.

Dining & Leisure

Breakfast buffet, lunch with 2 courses (soup & main course) and dinner with 3 courses (salad buffet, choice of 4 main dishes, dessert). Gluten-free and lactose-free meals available (approx. €5/day). The hotel prides itself on high-quality cuisine - you can savour typical Bohemian or Italian dishes. Café, summer terrace, large garden 1,000 sqm.

Wellness

Rejuvenate your body and mind - recharge with new energy (Mon.-Sat. 7 a.m.-3 p.m.) featuring two Finnish saunas (daily 8 a.m.-9 p.m.). Indulge in wellness massages (Thai, Anti-stress, Herbal Birch Leaves, Hot Stone), wraps (Organic Detox Full Body Wrap, Healing Chalk and Honey Wrap, Matolin Wrap with Grape Seed Oil and Beeswax), baths (Magnesium Salt, Pine Needle Oil, Wild Rose Oil) and much more. Access to the pool, whirlpool, and sauna at Hotel Svoboda (about 50 meters away, 1 p.m.-8 p.m.) includes two 90-minute entries from 6 nights onwards (otherwise a fee of approximately €15 per entry applies).

Health & Treatments

Therapy department (Mon.-Sat. 7 a.m.-3 p.m.). The hotel specializes in respiratory treatments. The forest spring is used for oxygen and inhalation therapy as well as a drinking therapy. The treatments are based on the use of natural Marienbad remedies. Treatments include magnetotherapy, electrotherapy. Baths: pearl bath, sulphur bath, peat bath, CO2 bath, Hydroxeur. Classic, aroma, partial and full body massage, anti-stress massage, reflexology, head massage. Ultrasound, lymphatic drainage, CO2 dry bath, paraffin wraps, medicinal gas injections, natural mud packs, thermal packs, inhalations, individual physiotherapy, therapeutic exercise. Private Finnish sauna (daily 10 a.m.-9 p.m.), advance reservation for 60'/room/day.

Free Time

Bicycle rental is available at the reception (including electric bikes), tennis, golf, skiing, and . Cultural offerings in the city include music festivals, concerts, balls, the Singing Fountain, city library, theatre, and museum. Excursions: Teplá Monastery, Kynžvart Castle, Bečov Castle, Kladská Nature Reserve, SOOS High Moor, and the historic town of Loket with its castle.

We were accommodated in a nice large room where we felt very comfortable. It was a relaxing time, especially as the house was quiet. The food was excellent and plentiful. The treatments were also very pleasant. We would love to come back. We liked it very much.
