Marienbad, a prestigious spa town in the west of the Czech Republic, is part of the renowned West Bohemian Spa Triangle. The town is celebrated for its 40 mineral springs, elegant architecture, expansive parks, and the famous Singing Fountain. Visitors cherish the tranquil atmosphere, diverse wellness and therapy treatments, and the charming surroundings that invite leisurely walks and excursions.

Dining & Leisure

The restaurants "Athena" and "Sophia" serve Bohemian and international cuisine. Enjoy a breakfast buffet, a four-course lunch menu, and an evening buffet. Lactose-free and gluten-free options available upon request. Regular dance evenings are held at the hotel.

Wellness & Spa

Indoor pool (7-11:30 a.m./12:30-9 p.m., approx. 9 x 5 m) with counter-current system, whirlpool loungers. Finnish sauna, steam bath. For a fee: wellness treatments such as relaxation and head massages, aromatherapy, Ayurveda, Shiatsu, and hot stone massages in the Balneo Center.

The Balneo Center (open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.) is located on the first floor, spanning approximately 700 sqm, staffed with doctors and medical professionals. The therapy treatments utilise the natural healing resources of Marienbad such as mud, mineral spring water, and CO2 gas. Treatments include hydrotherapy, magnetotherapy, oxygen therapy, electrotherapy, as well as classic, reflex, partial and full body massages, ultrasound, lymphatic drainage, biostimulation laser, CO2 dry bath, hydroxeur, pearl bath, paraffin wraps, medicinal gas injections, natural mud packs, inhalations, and therapeutic exercise.

Experience Marienbad - The area is not only perfect for therapy and relaxation, but also offers numerous excursion opportunities: historically significant buildings, monasteries, castles. Please ask at the hotel for excursion tips. Since we stayed at two clinics, the bottom line is that the Olympia was very nice. But the Klima Sanatorium took it to the next level.

The hotel was excellent, the food was excellent, the buffet selection was excellent, and the staff was very friendly-with the exception of one person at the bar in the lobby. The front desk staff spoke German and was very helpful when I brought up personal concerns. Treatments are performed with great dedication and professionalism-especially the massages-by the very friendly staff. After two massages, my muscle strains and tension in the lower back were gone! Overall, I'd gladly return anytime.

It was a very nice, relaxing vacation.

The room was clean and pleasant. There were two dining rooms with a generous buffet to suit every taste. The staff in all areas were very friendly. The treatments were good, though we weren't able to get all the ones the spa doctor had prescribed.(We didn't even meet her until the second day.) In addition, the schedule was spread out over the entire day, which fragmented our day, especially since we had different appointment times as a couple. We had a good rest and would come back
