The Regeneration Program (from 7 nights) is perfect for relaxing and revitalizing the body. The program includes medical steam baths, herbal medicine, soothing face masks, and two highlights of Ayurvedic treatment: full-body massages (Abhyanga) and the pouring of warm liquids on the forehead (Shirodhara). These treatments use warm herbal oils blended according to centuries-old recipes.

The Panchakarma Program (from 14 nights) is ideal for purifying both body and mind. It features cleansing procedures (Panchakarma), oil treatments (Snehana), herbal steam baths (Svedana), the pouring of warm oils on the forehead (Shirodhara), and the pinnacle - the royal oil bath treatment (Pizhichil). Ayurvedic doctors and therapists harness the efficacy of traditional remedies such as Ayurvedic oils, herbs, and ghee.
