In this package, we offer the "intermittent fasting" with the 16/8 method – here, you count hours, not calories, and can still enjoy your favourite dishes. With this intermittent fasting plan, you abstain from food for 16 hours and then indulge for 8 hours to your heart's content. Find your own rhythm and let your soul unwind, perhaps during a hike in beautiful nature.

Studies suggest that intermittent fasting can enhance metabolism, improve memory, and increase the urge to move. Other potential benefits include fat loss due to a slightly increased metabolism, a boost to the immune system, and improved blood sugar levels, which could reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases in the long term. The Siebenquell HealthTimeResort (non-smoking) is ideally located about 150 metres from Lake Weißenstadt, offering direct access. My vacation was just as I wanted it to be. All the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. A table was reserved in the restaurant in a quiet location and when I came to the buffet, I had a member of staff right next to me who put the food I wanted on a plate and brought it to my table. I was also given the opportunity to take part in a cooking class. The journey there and back also went without a hitch.
