Fasting, or therapeutic fasting, is a deeply rooted practice across various cultures. While often associated with religious or spiritual reasons, fasting primarily focuses on health benefits. In this package, we offer the so-called "intermittent fasting" with the 16/8 method – here you count hours, not calories, and can still enjoy your favourite dishes. With this intermittent fasting plan, you abstain from food for 16 hours and then indulge for 8 hours to your heart's content. Find your own rhythm and, perhaps, let your soul soar during a hike in beautiful nature.

Studies suggest that intermittent fasting can enhance metabolism, improve memory performance, and increase the urge to move. Other potential benefits include possible fat loss due to a slightly increased metabolism, a boost to the immune system, or improved blood sugar levels. This can, in the long term, reduce the risks of cardiovascular diseases. And unlike other diets, you eat without restriction during the allowed interval and can still lose weight.
