Bad Orb is an idyllic spa town in Germany, known for its healing thermal springs and picturesque landscape. Located in the heart of the Spessart, Bad Orb offers a perfect blend of relaxation and nature experiences. The history of Bad Orb dates back to the 19th century when the healing properties of the local mineral water were discovered. Since then, the town has developed into a popular destination for health tourism. The town is surrounded by dense forests and gentle hills, ideal for hiking, cycling, and relaxing in nature.

Dining room for Ayurvedic meals with special ingredients and spices that give the food a unique aroma with positive effects on the body and digestive system. Strictly vegetarian, with many ingredients imported from Sri Lanka.

Ayurveda Center

Spread over 2 floors, featuring an Ayurveda lobby and 5 treatment rooms. The interior, massage tables, oils, and herbs for the treatments are sourced from Sri Lanka. 2 Ayurveda specialists and about 4 Indian and Sinhalese therapists (English-speaking) aim to enhance guests' quality of life and a deeper understanding of their own body, psyche, and self through top-level Ayurveda. The combination of Indian and Sinhalese Ayurvedic traditions has been deliberately chosen. Ayurvedic treatments include: Shiroabhyanga head massage (for stress, migraine), Mukabhyanga facial massage (for stress and eye pain, reduces dark circles, counters skin ageing), Padabhyanga foot massage (for foot pain, cold feet), relaxation massage (improves blood circulation, muscle relaxing), inhalation (clears respiratory pathways, sinus and frontal sinuses), and more. Yoga, meditation, and relaxation room with direct garden access.

The hotel and the treatments were excellent. Very good service! I would have liked to know from SpaDreams why I had to pay a fee for traveling there myself. For what? I've never experienced this anywhere before and I don't like it. And it would have been nice to know in advance that I could arrive the whole day and not just from 3.30 pm. So I had to waste time in Bad Orb unnecessarily in extremely bad weather.
