After the consultation with your Ayurvedic doctor, the recommended diet is passed on to the chefs who take care of all your dietary needs. The varied organic Ayurvedic cuisine includes fresh ingredients, partly home-grown or from local farms. The therapy offerings include a variety of traditional treatments such as the Abhyanga herbal oil massage, a classic full-body oil massage that promotes circulation, muscle relaxation, and regeneration, and the Synchronized Four-Hand Massage, where two therapists work simultaneously to enable particularly deep relaxation and energetic balance. A central element is also Shirodhara (forehead oil pour), where warm herbal oil continuously flows onto the forehead, calming the nervous system, reducing stress, and improving sleep. For detoxification and cleansing, treatments offered include Vasthi Panchakarma treatment (enema therapy as part of the Ayurvedic cleansing therapy), Virechana (internal cleansing therapy to eliminate toxins and support digestion), and Nasya (nasal therapy for cleansing the sinuses, headaches, allergies, and respiratory issues). Additionally, herbal steam baths, herbal inhalation therapies, and special herbal thermo-treatments support the respiratory system, relieve muscle tension, and promote circulation. For targeted complaints, Kati Vasthi (local oil application in the lower back area to relieve tension and pain), Marma therapy (stimulation of energy points to promote physical and emotional balance), and intensive muscle and joint therapies are also available. Further offerings such as herbal powder massages for detoxification and metabolism stimulation, foot reflexology, herbal and floral baths, facial and Ayurvedic facial massages, and eye and ear treatments complete the holistic therapy program.
