This program is ideally suited for health prevention, relaxation and rejuvenation, combating stress, and recharging with new energy. Enjoy 3-5 Ayurvedic treatments daily as prescribed, totalling approximately 80 minutes.

• Ayurvedic full board including herbal tea and water
• Initial consultation with determination of doshas by the Ayurvedic doctor, creation of an individual treatment and dietary plan, follow-up and final consultation
• Daily approx. 80 minutes of prescribed Ayurvedic treatments, e.g., Shirodhara oil forehead flow, Pinda Sveda herbal compress massage, or Abhyanga full body oil massage
• Herbal medicine throughout the therapy
• Daily yoga (60 minutes each)
• Once a week lecture on Ayurveda and Ayurvedic cooking demonstration
• Twice a week evening entertainment
• Use of infinity outdoor pool, hydrotherapy pool, and Wi-Fi
• Additionally for stays of 28 nights or more: 1 excursion, e.g., to Galle Fort, Brief Garden, or a boat tour with fish therapy & visit to a turtle rescue center

Travel companions without treatments are welcome and can be booked via SpaDreams. Additionally, you can book extension days without therapy with us.

Surcharges for Christmas and New Year's Eve are already included in the displayed price.

For more severe complaints/illnesses e.g., of the joints, gastrointestinal tract, or skin, allergies, obesity, and Parkinson's disease, the Panchakarma therapy is recommended. Here, you can expect daily 5-7 or approximately 125 minutes of Ayurvedic treatments.
