Your Fasting Clinic

Located between the Baltic Sea resorts of Timmendorfer Strand and Travemünde, just about 2.5 miles from the beach, surrounded by the Maritim Golfpark Ostsee, the Private Clinic Schloss Warnsdorf (non-smoking) is stylishly furnished and personally managed. Enjoy spacious salons, a conservatory, or the library. Built in 1910 in the style of English country estates and nestled in a generous castle park (about 22 acres), which extends to Lake Hemmelsdorf.

Dining & Leisure

The hotel features two dining rooms and a beautiful terrace. With half board or full board, a 3-course menu is offered. Reduced, special, or whole food diets, specific dietary requirements, vegetarian, lactose-free, and gluten-free meals can be requested at the hotel.

Indoor pool, steam bath, bio-sauna, Finnish sauna (approx. 194°F), garden sauna (approx. 158°F) and 2 infrared cabins, Kneipp area and fitness equipment are available for your use. The Private Clinic offers sports and relaxation classes in the spacious sports hall. Additionally, there is a solarium and a beauty farm. Alkaline treatments by Jentschura. Schloss Warnsdorf is one of the most established fasting clinics in Northern Germany and a recognised private clinic for fasting, naturopathy, and holistic medicine. It offers homeopathy, nutritional medicine, psychotherapy, magnetic field therapy, colon hydrotherapy, Kneipp therapy, leech therapy, manual therapy, cupping, and acupuncture. Health checks (including for food intolerances), ultrasound, ECG, respiratory therapy, natural peat treatments, massages, and physiotherapy are available. Guided movement therapy by sports therapists includes back and target area exercises, water aerobics, fascia stretching, (Nordic) walking, fitness training, autogenic training, yoga, Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, and archery.

Detox Care Programme

Schloss Warnsdorf offers special body wraps and baths that stimulate metabolism and promote body detoxification. During the build-up days, we recommend the Warnsdorf Body Wrap/Cinnamon Wrap using the original method by Weyergans. It stimulates lymphatic flow with enticing aromas and effective wrapping techniques.
Alkaline-mineral body care actively utilises the natural excretory function of the skin. Full and foot baths balance the acid-base balance, relieve and regenerate the organism!
