The Spa & Vital Center (about 1,000 sqm) offers Shiatsu beds, floating saltwater baths, effervescent light baths, a sand relaxation room, and more (some services at an additional cost). A variety of wellness treatments, massages, and classic therapy treatments are available for booking on-site (reservation recommended).

The ThermePlus® offer includes daily access to the iodine-salt therapy center per night booked, featuring health, vitality, and outdoor pools, as well as a sauna area with 2 iodine-salt steam rooms, 2 sanariums, 3 log cabin saunas, 1 herbal sauna, and 1 salt sauna (choice of use on the day of arrival or departure). Participation in the fitness program (Mon.-Fri. at 10:30 a.m., by prior arrangement), such as water aerobics or back fitness, is also included.

Engage in exercise at our in-house gym, and join the "Sole-Fit" fitness class (25 minutes) at the Iodine-Salt Spa. At the same time, it enhances the cardiovascular system, improves flexibility, and increases calorie consumption - for a safe and effective full-body workout. The class is held every Monday and Friday at 11 a.m., every Tuesday at 7 p.m., and every Thursday at 5 p.m.
