For your journey to Paradise Koh Yao Noi, comfortable group or private transfers from Phuket and Krabi are available.

With the group transfer, you will be greeted at the airport and taken by minibus to the harbour (travel time from Phuket about 20 minutes, from Krabi about 40 minutes). From there, the group boat will take you directly to the resort (Phuket about 60 minutes, Krabi about 35 minutes). Departures from Phuket Yacht Haven Marina are at 11:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., and 4:30 p.m., and from Krabi Talen Pier at 2:00 p.m. Return trips from the resort to Phuket are at 9:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m., and 3:00 p.m., and to Krabi at 1:30 p.m. The price is 99€ (approx. UK £87 / USD $107) per person for a round trip.

With the private transfer, you will also be greeted at the airport, driven in a private vehicle to Phuket Yacht Haven Marina or Krabi Talen Pier, and then taken directly to the resort on a private speedboat without any waiting time. The price is approximately 237€ (approx. UK £208 / USD $256) per person for a round trip (from 2 persons). For solo travellers, the private transfer costs 474€.

Boat transfers are only possible during the day between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and are weather dependent. For safety reasons, no boats operate in darkness. If you arrive after 4:00 p.m., an overnight stay in Phuket or Krabi is required.

At Phuket harbour, a cosy beach bar is available where you can relax with a cool drink while waiting for your departure.

Important: Please book your transfer at least 3 days before arrival.

Knowledge of English is recommended, though German is also spoken.

Please note: From June to October 2025, the Jacuzzi Studios will be undergoing modernisation. If not completed by then, all work will continue from May 2026. According to the hotel, operations will not be affected. However, some noise and visual disturbances cannot be completely ruled out.
