The Natural Paradise Ayurclinic Eco Resort is nestled in a serene valley on the border between Maharashtra and Goa, surrounded by subtropical greenery, cultivated plantations, and fruit and vegetable gardens. A river meanders through the valley, while a natural swimming pool invites you to swim and relax. The entire property has been ecologically constructed following Indian Vedic architectural principles, respecting the elements of sun, rain, wind, and earth. The atmosphere is calm, pristine, and deliberately simple. Seating and lounging areas in nature, along with a terrace, provide opportunities to retreat and slow down the day. The Natural Paradise consciously embraces simplicity, connection with nature, and digital detox. The substantial reduction of internet use and ideally no more than one hour of mobile phone use per day helps distance from digital life, reduce stress, and allows guests to fully focus on the Ayurveda therapy, nature, and personal well-being. This reduction defines the character of the place and creates space to fully engage with the Ayurveda therapy and oneself.

The Natural Paradise Ayurclinic Eco Resort is located in the west of India on the border between Maharashtra and Goa. This region is part of the Sahyadri mountain range, which belongs to the Western Ghats. Maharashtra is renowned for some of India's most significant historical sites, including the Ellora and Ajanta caves, which are UNESCO World Heritage sites celebrated for their centuries-old rock reliefs and Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain temples. The seclusion of the resort is a key part of its concept: instead of a beach holiday, the emphasis here is on the tranquility of nature. The drive from Goa Airport takes about 90 to 120 minutes.

Nutrition plays a crucial role and is tailored to meet the body's needs during the treatment phase. All meals are freshly prepared on-site, using as many ingredients from our own cultivation as possible. This ensures fresh, local, and seasonal produce is brought directly to your plate. Three meals a day are served, each crafted according to Ayurvedic principles and catering to different constitutional types: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The diet supports the holistic approach of the treatments and accompanies the body throughout the entire therapy course. Vegan and lactose-free options are available upon request. Throughout the day, warm water and a variety of Ayurvedic teas are also available.

At the heart of our offerings are traditional Panchakarma and rejuvenation treatments based on the classical knowledge of Ayurveda, personally supervised by Dr. Rohit Borcar and conducted by experienced Ayurvedic therapists. Our Ayurveda Center is staffed with 2 doctors and 5 therapists. The doctors are available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. There are 2-3 intermediate medical examinations per week. Each treatment session lasts approximately 90 minutes, typically followed by a soothing steam bath. Afterwards, you will have about 30 to 60 minutes for rest and relaxation before the final cleansing. To optimally support the effects of the treatments, it is recommended to rest for up to two hours afterwards and avoid using air conditioning. A vital component of the therapy is the daily practice of Yoga (Hatha, Yin, Ivengar, Nidra, Aerial, Meditation & Pranayama), which is an integral part of the program and starts every morning, including Sundays, at 7:00 a.m. If certain exercises are unsuitable due to your physical condition, the yoga instructor will discuss this with you and show you appropriate alternatives. Female guests are treated by female therapists and male guests by male therapists.

A natural pool awaits you, filled with natural river water. The unprocessed water offers a soothing alternative to conventional chlorinated pool water. Surrounded by the natural landscape, the pool invites you to refresh, unwind, and enjoy the soothing connection with nature.

For those who seek tranquility and therapy but also wish to explore the surroundings, the region offers several rewarding excursion destinations. Fort Redi, a partially reconstructed old Portuguese fort, captivates with its stunning photo opportunities inside. Nearby, Paradise Beach beckons with swimming opportunities, though one should be mindful of the currents. A cultural trip to Old Goa is worthwhile, with its two significant main churches and impressive historical buildings. A unique sensory experience awaits at the Tropical Spice Plantation, a spice garden where you can participate in a guided tour and subsequently purchase essential oils and spices.
