The new MY MAYR MED Resort has been crafted in a contemporary setting for enjoyment and relaxation. The resort is quietly located in the town, just about 300 metres from the Rottal Spa.

Bad Birnbach is nestled in gentle hills between Rott and Inn, in a magical landscape - the Bavarian Tuscany. A healthy place and a healthy environment are the foundation for your treatment.

The Original MY MAYR Cuisine is a complete dietary nutrition featuring seasonal, regional, and organic products. Based on the F.X. Mayr principle, delicious, easily digestible alkaline light meals are served according to an individual dietary plan. The doctor takes into account essential nutritional therapy principles such as carbohydrate and gluten reduction and any personal intolerances. The chewing training and a slowed-down eating pleasure enhance digestive performance, sensitize the natural feeling of satiety, and support a healthy diet. The transition from treatment to everyday life is facilitated by the gentle elimination diet . This diet allows you to preserve the health benefits gained from the treatment and reacquaint your digestion with a diverse diet. A digestion-friendly and high-quality dietary design even after the treatment does not mean deprivation – but primarily maintaining the newly acquired eating habits consciously. In this process, the taste of good food is rediscovered anew.

The MY SPA spans approximately 500 sqm and is open daily, offering a sauna, sanarium, and infrared loungers, a Microsalt infrared cabin, and Kneipp foot baths. MY GYM fitness room is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment. Personal training, wellness, and cosmetic treatments are available for a fee.

The MY MAYR MED Health Center is led by general practitioners, holistic F.X. Mayr medicine, and anti-aging specialists. Here, modern medicine is combined with the latest technology and traditional naturopathy to create a unique concept. Thus, each guest receives a tailored treatment plan for a healthy and vigorous life. Advanced diagnostics include muscle function tests, laboratory tests, ultrasound, X-ray, heart rate variability measurement, ECG/echocardiography, psychological testing, and 3D body scan analysis.

The Austrian doctor Dr. Franz Xaver Mayr identified the gut as the "root system" of humans – as it is the gastrointestinal tract, whose diseases and disorders underlie many civilizational diseases.
