It can be easily accessed via the hotel's shuttle service (approximately 3.7 miles) – ideal for relaxed afternoons by the sea. Also worth visiting is the impressive Phuket Big Buddha, a more than 40-metre-high statue on a hill offering a majestic panoramic view of the island. For Ayurveda guests, tasty sattvic (vegetarian) dishes are carefully tailored to individual doshas, lovingly prepared and served at the table. This Ayurvedic diet promotes inner balance and supports the healing process gently. Non-Ayurvedic guests enjoy a varied, international cuisine. If sattvic meals are desired outside of an Ayurveda program, please specify when booking. Vegan, lactose-free, or gluten-free options are also available. Ayurveda Center

Under the excellent German leadership and with the intensive care of an experienced Indian Ayurveda doctor, traditional Ayurvedic treatments are performed in four treatment rooms by professionally trained therapists. Under medical supervision, your personal constitution type (Dosha) is determined, and a tailored treatment and dietary plan is created. The Ayurvedic oils used are mostly sourced from India or freshly made with local ingredients according to traditional recipes. A key component of every Ayurveda therapy is daily yoga, held in the new, sunlit Yoga Shala. The stylish pavilion provides space for a variety of activities such as meditation, Pranayama, or mindful movement exercises with views of the greenery in an inspiring atmosphere. The holistic offerings are complemented by soothing beauty and wellness treatments like massages, scrubs, and body wraps. For additional relaxation, there are two steam saunas, a Himalayan salt sauna (about 50°C), and a spacious Jacuzzi – ideal for regeneration and simply letting your soul unwind.

Free Time

The expansive saltwater outdoor pool, complete with a Jacuzzi and lounge bar, forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area, inviting you to linger and unwind amidst tropical greenery. For those looking to stay active, a well-equipped gym is available. For relaxed moments away from the sun, a small library, DVD rental, and an internet PC are at your disposal – perfect for quiet times or a brief digital detox.

I booked the "Yoga & Wellness" package and had the opportunity to take part in yoga sessions twice a day and received a massage treatment once a day. After 10 days, my body is completely relaxed and in perfect balance thanks to the very good and balanced food on offer. Body and mind are in harmony and the tranquillity, warmth and beautiful hotel facilities contribute to the feel-good effect. There is nothing missing and the staff and hotel owners are very friendly and always open for a nice chat. It was an all-round perfect vacation. Excursions outside the hotel grounds were also very well organized.
