The Kashubian Switzerland is part of the region Kashubia, located west of Gdańsk. The landscape is characterized by more than 250 picturesque lakes, wooded hills rising up to 300 meters, and cosy villages. Many of the lakes are interconnected by canals and rivers, making them perfect for extensive canoe trips. The restaurant at LongVita Czapielski Młyn epitomises healthy, balanced cuisine and delights its guests with a variety of delicious dishes made from fresh, natural ingredients. The focus here is on conscious nutrition that serves both the body and well-being. From crisp vegetables to whole grains and protein-rich ingredients – each dish is crafted with great attention to detail and offers a true feast for the senses.
Particularly noteworthy are the three tailored diet programs, specifically designed to meet the individual needs of the guests. The selection ranges from approximately 460 kcal for those who prefer a particularly low-calorie diet, to 800 kcal for a balanced, light diet, and up to 1,200 kcal for guests who want to moderately regulate their energy intake. Each option is carefully compiled to ensure optimal nutrient supply without compromising on enjoyment.
For guests with special dietary needs, the restaurant also offers vegetarian, vegan, and lactose- and gluten-free alternatives. Upon request, your menu can be individually tailored to your preferences and intolerances, allowing you to dine without concern. This flexibility ensures that every guest, regardless of their dietary habits or restrictions, can enjoy a tasty and healthy meal.
All meals are served at set meal times in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This not only creates a structured daily routine but also the opportunity to enjoy culinary delights in a convivial setting. Whether it's a shared breakfast with lake view, lunch after a hike through the forests, or a cosy dinner after a relaxing day at the spa – the restaurant at LongVita ensures that every meal is a highlight of your stay.
The wellness area (daily 12-22 p.m.) is a true sanctuary for relaxation and well-being, pampering your senses and realigning your body, mind, and soul. Immerse yourself in the heated pool, perfect for a few refreshing laps or simply floating in comforting waters. Afterwards, the sauna invites you to sweat out the stress of daily life. The whirlpool offers a bubbling delight for your muscles, while the steam bath with its pleasant mist nurtures the skin and clears the respiratory tract. Particularly unique is the salt grotto, where the microclimatic ambiance ensures deep relaxation and a positive effect on the respiratory system – a highlight for those who value the healing power of salt air.
For even more indulgent moments, a variety of treatments are available. Partial or full-body massages help release tension and spread relaxation throughout your body. Hydromassage baths and lymphatic drainage further support detoxification and regeneration of your body. Treat yourself to a revitalising facial that leaves your skin radiant, or a manicure and pedicure to give your hands and feet the care they deserve.
Another special feature is the nurse consultation hour, available Monday to Friday for one hour. Here, you receive valuable advice and support concerning your health and well-being.
Physical exercise is also an integral part of the LongVita wellness offerings. In the gym, you'll find modern equipment for your daily workout, whether you're working on your stamina, strengthening your muscles, or simply staying fit.
The hotel additionally offers a solarium and an on-site hairdresser (both subject to a fee).
Besides pure relaxation, the hotel also offers a plethora of inspiring activities that will enrich your stay. Really enjoyed my 8 days at Long Vita. I stayed in a small bungalow in the grounds which was lovely and peaceful. There are also bedrooms in the main hotel, some with balconies overlooking the lake. Diets can be tailor-made to an individual’s health needs. But mainly the diets are fresh fruit and vegetables and juices. The spa area has a sauna, Infra red sauna, steam room, whirlpool and small swimming pool. The exercise classes are excellent and held in a lovely large exercise hall overlooking the lake. The instructors are very professional and also take the Nordic walking and morning walk.
