The following points come to the 3* rating: 1. - there were 115-120 children accommodated at our time (we were not informed beforehand, then we would not have visited the hotel), 2. - the food offer corresponded only 3* (in no case more), the food was lukewarm, too hot, there was "every" day in the morning, as in the evening the same cake, 3. -Bread and rolls were not fresh, there was no sliced fruit, 4th -the welcome cocktail was not offered at check in, only after asking, 2 days later, we were given a receipt, which was simply changed by the employee, either wine or beer! 5 - the service/employee at the bar could be friendlier, 6 - if MENU (because few hotel guests) for dinner, then make it ready for breakfast in the morning so that the kitchen can prepare for it and the food can be served fresh, fast and above all warm to the guest, there was no shortage of staff, positive things: - the DBL was cleaned every day and water was provided for drinking, in the app. Unfortunately this did not happen, and despite the sign on the door, please only take out the garbage (dog was not in the room), it was not done, clean the app. The days were cleaned on the 4th day, after the advice to remove the sand and garbage from the app. and to clean it, after the conversation on the 4th day with the management, we were offered A la Carte on the last evening, where we were very surprised that there is a cook in the kitchen who can prepare 5* food, 4 days this was not the case, the buffet was so dreary simply arranged, you can only give 3* for it, hotel guests asked us if there is no dinner, the management has taken the constructive criticism
