The Gurk Valley is also known as a herbal paradise, and thus herbs play a significant role at the JUFA Hotel. Guests may choose their preferred scent pillow for the night or explore the effects of various infusions at the wellness area's tea bar.

Expansive meadows, densely wooded mountain slopes, and the lively murmuring Gurk River surround the market town of Gurk, the center of the pristine Gurk Valley and a destination for many pilgrims. The hotel features a total of 45 pine bed rooms, which are modern, bright, and friendly, all equipped with room safes, tea makers, and luggage racks. Tea and water are available in all rooms. The 14 double rooms are equipped with either a double bed or two single beds. The 5 Double Plus rooms either feature special furnishings (real wood flooring, double bed or comfortable box-spring beds and a sofa) or a beautiful location/view.
