Gentle Detox - Vital Fasting with Medical Support

The programme is based on a nutritional detox with a fasting regimen (fasting with clear soups and freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, which can also be supplemented with whey) and tailored physical activity - all within the framework of new detox treatments.

After completing the programme, you will truly feel reborn! You will be brimming with energy, effortlessly facing the challenges of everyday life. Personalised advice: During the programme, you will work with a dietary advisor and personal trainer.
