You will receive three low-calorie meals daily, including a vegetarian lunch and a dinner at set times, accompanied by a glass of tea or water. The programme is developed in collaboration with doctors, therapists, and trainers, taking into account all relevant weight metrics. Special exercises such as Tanneck-Vital Walking help keep both body and mind in shape.

Fitness & Courses

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a super sports program. The landscape allows for a variety of hikes/walks. The Speckweg days fulfill their purpose completely, whereby everyone controls how intensive/successful they are. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and equipped with a large TV. The four saunas available help you to relax. I would definitely come back again.
