At my age (77), I don't want to spend Christmas and New Year alone. Children and grandchildren are skiing, which is too risky, slippery and slippery for me, so I went to the travel agency and they suggested Tanneck. Everything was good, offers, food... 2 shortcomings: you are tied to the table until 11.00 pm on New Year's Eve with the many courses (from 6.00 pm, which is definitely too long). My room was good, but the view: directly opposite an abandoned ruined building with a smashed window, there are enough of them in my city, I don't have to have that on vacation.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a super sports program. The landscape allows for a variety of hikes/walks. The Speckweg days fulfill their purpose completely, whereby everyone controls how intensive/successful they are. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and equipped with a large TV. The four saunas available help you to relax. I would definitely come back again.
