Yoga represents balance, mindfulness, and renewed energy - and that's exactly what this inspiring yoga weekend is all about. Across three coordinated yoga sessions, body, mind, and soul are realigned to their natural order. Gentle movements, conscious breathing, and deep relaxation aid in developing inner peace and drawing new strength, noticeable internally and visibly externally.

The weekend begins on Friday at 5 p.m. with a calming, grounding yoga class. Mindfulness exercises, breathing techniques, and gentle asanas help you arrive in the moment and let go of daily stress.
On Saturday at 5 p.m., a dynamic session inspired by the seasons follows. Strengthening sequences, restorative postures, breathing exercises, and meditation combine into a practice that energizes, fortifies, and motivates.
Sunday starts at 8 a.m. with a heart-opening, invigorating yoga session - perfect for starting the day with ease and clarity.

An optional additional yoga session can be added on Saturday at 8 or 11 a.m. (available for four or more participants, for a fee). All classes are led by a certified yoga instructor in a bright, well-ventilated movement room. The practice is mindful, individually tailored, and provides space to perceive personal limits and gently expand them.

The yoga program is suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis and integrates seamlessly into a health-conscious, modern lifestyle.
Participants are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, although mats are also available on site. There is ample time between sessions for relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal breaks - all in the spirit of a conscious, slowed-down weekend.
