It is situated in a picturesque location right next to the therapy park, just about 50 meters from the famous Forest Spring. In just a few steps (approximately 150 meters), you can reach the magnificent therapy colonnade and the magical singing fountain, a popular highlight in the region. Named after the famous Russian writer Vladimir Nabokov, the hotel impresses with its unique architecture. It consists of seven historic buildings – Bristol, Imperial, Poeta, Aglaja, Credo, Davos, and Columbus. Each of these hotels tells its own story and blends harmoniously into the overall concept that masterfully combines tradition and modernity. A special highlight of the Grandhotel Nabokov is its first-class wellness centre, where classic Art Nouveau therapy architecture meets contemporary 21st-century design.
Location & Surroundings
Marienbad is the second largest spa town in the Czech Republic, rich in mineral springs. Thanks to the different chemical compositions of the local healing springs, Marienbad offers therapy treatments for a wide spectrum of diseases. In the town itself, 40 springs emerge, and in the nearby area, an incredible 100 mineral springs. The colonnades and pavilions, where the individual springs emerge, shape the picturesque spa atmosphere.

All meals are served buffet-style, offering an impressive selection of delicious dishes. Fresh ingredients, diverse flavours, and attention to detail make each dish an experience. From hearty to light and healthy options, there is something for every taste. Vegetarian and gluten-free options are also prepared upon request. If you require specific dietary meals, the kitchen team will prepare your meals individually according to your specifications. The stylish Lobby Bar is the perfect spot to linger, whether for a quick coffee, a pre-dinner aperitif, or a relaxed evening cocktail. Here, you can enjoy the hotel's elegant atmosphere while unwinding in peace. A real highlight is the charming Café Lolita. Here, you'll find delicious, homemade cakes prepared with love. Whether it's a classic apple strudel, a creamy cake, or fine pastries, Café Lolita is a meeting place for all who appreciate sweet delights and good coffee in a cosy setting.
Wellness & Spa
Two outstanding wellness centres invite you to leave everyday life behind and immerse yourself in a world of relaxation. The sauna area is open daily from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m., offering herbal saunas, Finnish saunas, steam baths, and infrared cabins. The water world is available daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., providing a perfect blend of relaxation and vitality. The indoor pool (7 x 12 m, approx. 82°F) invites you to swim leisurely, and the whirlpool is perfect for easing your tired muscles. The salt grotto is a special highlight of the wellness offerings. In the pleasantly salty air, you can breathe deeply and feel the positive effects on the respiratory system and immune system. Open daily from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. (for a fee, approx. 190 CZK/hour or approx. €8), the salt grotto is a unique retreat. A solarium and a fitness area complete the offerings. Indulge yourself in the beauty salon with luxurious French cosmetics by Phytomer, from revitalising facial treatments to relaxing beauty rituals.
Health & Treatments
The modern therapy clinic with professional doctors, medical staff, and 24-hour nursing care is the heart of the Grandhotel Nabokov. For the therapy treatments, traditional natural remedies such as mineral springs (forest spring for therapeutic baths, inhalations, and drinking therapy), peat, medicinal gases, and healing climate are used. All therapy treatments (Mon.-Sat.) are conducted in the hotel's own therapy department in line with the five main needs of the spa guests (therapy, rehabilitation, renewal, rest and relaxation, and enjoyment): mineral bath, peat pack, underwater massages, dry carbon dioxide bath, paraffin wraps, relaxation massages, inhalations, electrotherapy, laser therapy, oxygen therapy, hydrocolon therapy, magnet therapy, ultrasound, gas injections (pneumopuncture), colon irrigation, biolamp, acupuncture. Individual or group therapeutic exercise. Additional treatments: hot stone, reflexology, and aromatherapy massages. The clinic is also equipped with one of the most advanced devices for treating the musculoskeletal system, the SIS (Super Inductive System), which is particularly used for pain relief, muscle relaxation, muscle stimulation, and joint mobilization.

The well-maintained parks, the beautiful architecture, the beauty of the surrounding nature, the rich array of leisure activities, and not least the famous history – all make Marienbad a popular and frequently visited social hub. Annual highlights not to be missed include the Chopin Festival, Marienbad Autumn, and the Jazz and Film Festival. Visit Becov Castle, Königswart, Loket, or Tepla Monastery. The 18-hole Royal Golf Club Marienbad is about 3 km away, offering golf lessons.

For those who prefer a bit more space and comfort, the superior rooms also offer more generous space and sometimes additional extras such as air conditioning. These spacious junior suites combine elegance and functionality and are particularly suitable for guests who value additional living space. Some of the junior suites are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable room temperature on warm days. For discerning guests, the suites offer the utmost in privacy and space. With a separate living and sleeping area and sometimes a bathtub, they are the perfect choice for longer stays or special occasions. If you are looking for something special, further luxurious suites and apartments are available on request. The hotel offers four accessible rooms in the superior category, specifically tailored to the needs of guests with limited mobility. However, please note that the therapy department is only accessible via stairs and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
