The modern therapy clinic with professional doctors, medical staff, and 24-hour nursing care is the heart of the Grandhotel Nabokov. For the therapy treatments, traditional natural remedies such as mineral springs (forest spring for therapeutic baths, inhalations, and drinking therapy), peat, medicinal gases, and healing climate are used. All therapy treatments (Mon.-Sat.) are conducted in the hotel's own therapy department in line with the five main needs of the spa guests (therapy, rehabilitation, renewal, rest and relaxation, and enjoyment): mineral bath, peat pack, underwater massages, dry carbon dioxide bath, paraffin wraps, relaxation massages, inhalations, electrotherapy, laser therapy, oxygen therapy, hydrocolon therapy, magnet therapy, ultrasound, gas injections (pneumopuncture), colon irrigation, biolamp, acupuncture. Individual or group therapeutic exercise. Additional treatments: hot stone, reflexology, and aromatherapy massages. The clinic is also equipped with one of the most advanced devices for treating the musculoskeletal system, the SIS (Super Inductive System), which is particularly used for pain relief, muscle relaxation, muscle stimulation, and joint mobilization.

The hotel offers four accessible rooms in the superior category, specifically tailored to the needs of guests with limited mobility. However, please note that the therapy department is only accessible via stairs and is therefore not suitable for wheelchair users.
