Vegetarian, vegan, lactose-free, gluten-free, and organic options are available. Other diets and nutritional preferences can be accommodated upon request. The "Flow Kitchen Restaurant" offers all-day dining in buffet style, which can be enjoyed both indoors and on the beautiful, renovated terrace. Both the rich breakfast buffet and the lunch or dinner buffets are selected daily by the chefs and are inspired by global culinary delights. The "ZEST" Juice Bar & Café serves colourful smoothies and juices, as well as healthy meals with fresh, local ingredients. Wellness & Spa

Guests have access to a total of eight pools, including an infinity pool and an adult-only pool, available at approximately 120 AED (£26 / $32) per person/day or around AED 75 (£16 / $20) per person for 5-6 hours. These can be booked on site. When booking a wellness programme, entry to the 1,600 sqm award-winning Serenity Spa is included on treatment days. Inspired by Portuguese healing rituals and local culture, this spa blends tradition with luxury. The Serenity Thermal Oasis features a sauna, steam room, relaxation rooms, whirlpools, and sensorial showers. A wide range of holistic wellness offerings and treatments (for a fee) using traditional regional ingredients like salt scrubs with oud or wraps and massages with various oil blends are available in eight treatment rooms, including two specially for couples and one for Thai massages. The fitness area with modern equipment is free for hotel guests. Additional services of the "Health Club" such as sessions with top-class personal trainers and sports classes like yoga or Aquaspin™ are available for a fee.

The "Leisure Lounge" offers a wide variety of activities especially for the time until check-in, including a children's cinema, a play area, and a quiet zone with workstations for adults. For children, there is also an outdoor water playground and the "Fairmont Falcons Juniors Club" available (2 hours per day included, thereafter approx. 85 AED/hour (approx.
