Unfortunately, there are some clear weaknesses in this hotel. On the positive side, the hotel's location is worth mentioning: the beautiful, spacious beach is only a few minutes' walk away and is perfect for long walks. The city center can be reached in about 25 minutes on foot, and there is a small grocery store directly opposite the hotel where you can get everything you need. Negatives: Communication is difficult, as Polish is spoken almost exclusively. There is hardly any knowledge of English and German is only understood to a very limited extent. Even at reception, communication is difficult. The room was very nice, but was not cleaned during our stay. Only occasionally were the garbage cans emptied and toilet paper refilled. In general, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. The entrance area makes a tidy impression - but only thanks to a vacuum/mopping robot. However, it cannot clean the stairwell, which is unfortunately noticeable.

As communication proved to be difficult - the answer to simple questions was often just "I don't understand". Unfortunately, friendliness also fell by the wayside.

The treatments in the spa area were also not coordinated with a doctor, as you would expect. Instead, a friendly member of staff asked where most of the complaints were and then ticked off the appropriate treatments. Due to the lack of communication, it was unfortunately not possible to ask questions or receive explanations about the treatments.

The food is filling, but for a 4-star hotel, the selection is rather poor and the quality is mixed. The freshly prepared waffles, crêpes and wraps are a positive highlight - you could even watch them being prepared and make your own requests, albeit usually only with hand signals or in Polish.

I liked the classic massage very much, the other treatments were OK, but assembly line processing.

- Reception: very friendly, competent staff; however, not all German or English speaking - Cleanliness: good in the hotel area; terrible in the room; no towels and care products on the day of arrival; old nightgown in the closet; bathroom was definitely not cleaned beforehand; there was also no daily cleaning; it was not vacuumed and wet mopped the whole week; apart from 2 small soaps, no other care products received; we picked up toilet paper and new hand and shower towels 3 times at the reception, as there was no exchange. Beds were made twice a week Room: was great in terms of size Location: was okay; small supermarket opposite; train station within easy walking distance; beach approx. 300m

All the staff were very friendly and always helpful; they made a great effort with the room problems (cleaning, towels, care products, toilet paper); we can't say anything about the room cleaners because they were hardly ever in our room

We haven't had such good and tasty food for a long time; the live cooking was very positive; it would have been nice if there had been a daily German menu in the entrance area; we never really knew what we were eating. It was also a shame that there were no pierogi!!!

- Pool was very nice, but most guests went swimming without showering first; - Sauna area could be designed more lovingly; too few loungers and some of them broken; only 2 cushions for 6 loungers; there could be at least 12 loungers in this area - Sauna: a bit dated, but still okay if the sauna culture was adhered to. 90% of guests come into the sauna with dripping wet swimwear, sometimes without a towel; some wash out their bathing suits and hang them up dripping wet to dry in the sauna; the floor is dripping wet everywhere and very slippery; bath mats would be good - Salt grotto: very nice, but too cold and bad, partly broken loungers - Showers: no shower heads anywhere; in the sauna area, although already complained about on the 1st + 2nd day, no refilling of the shower soap

The rooms were insufficiently cleaned . Lobby and reception were clean and attractive . The staff seemed rather annoyed . The location of the hotel is fine , but the information ( meters to the beach ) is not correct , as it is in the offer .

The communication was very difficult . German / English questions or concerns could hardly or not at all be answered.

The buffet was monotonous and not very varied - hardly any cheese, little fruit and always the same sausage.
