I feel rejuvenated, both physically and mentally. The hotel is modern in its management and decor, yet it preserves its traditions in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The wellness offerings-all conveniently located-and the food are top-notch. The value for money is outstanding.

5

Hotel

The lobby, featuring the front desk and a bar, offers a very pleasant atmosphere and is architecturally well-designed. The front desk is always available and provides exceptionally courteous service. Daily housekeeping includes towel changes and a thorough cleaning of the room and bathroom. The entire hotel is always spotlessly clean. My spacious double room for single occupancy, featuring a balcony overlooking the garden and a minibar, was perfectly centrally located with everything within easy reach. The dark wood interior, however, struck me as a bit gloomy and somewhat dated, though it was cozy.

5

Service

The service and friendliness are outstanding. Exchanging greetings is a pleasant standard here. The establishment clearly takes great care in training a large number of friendly young people.

5

Treatments

The staff at the treatments are highly competent and always exceptionally friendly in a natural, genuine way-not at all forced. The therapeutic value is high. I feel like I've done a lot of good for my health during my stay.

5

Board type

An extremely varied selection of food and drinks, well-stocked bar. Huge selection of fresh raw foods, salads, and vegetables, as well as fruit; daily live cooking; a choice of three evening menus (meat, fish, vegetarian); and a magnificent Bavarian buffet twice a week. The dining options are outstanding.

5

Wellness area

The 5 thermal water pools-both indoor and outdoor, including one in the sauna area as an outdoor infinity pool on the 4th floor-feature varying water temperatures and are simply magnificent; at over 30 meters in length, they're also well-suited for swimming. Daily aqua fitness classes, daily infusions in two saunas-the singing bowl infusion at 60 degrees in silence is a special treat that promotes relaxation and concentration. The treatment area features a modern design and offers a wide range of massages, physical therapy, and cosmetic treatments. The cosmetic treatments were highly professional, using excellent skincare products-which I've since started using at home as well. I truly enjoy the deep sense of relaxation provided by the overall wellness concept at this hotel.
