Fasting therapy is the most rigorous form of fasting, involving the voluntary, temporary abstinence from solid food and stimulants.

Energy intake during fasting is ensured through nutrient-rich fruit or vegetable juices and broths, accompanied by plenty of fluids in the form of teas and still water, with calorie intake capped at a maximum of 500 kcal per day. The primary focus of this fasting method is internal reflection, gentle detoxification, and physical regeneration of the entire body, with weight loss as a welcome side effect.

The Original Schroth Therapy, a vegan fasting program developed by Johann Schroth, is a holistic, medically recognized natural healing method featuring a low-fat, low-salt, and low-protein diet (full board diet approx. 650 kcal), engaging the whole person.

Weight loss and detoxification lead to renewed well-being. It is considered optimal health prevention and is ideal for conditions such as diabetes, obesity, acidosis, lipid metabolism disorders, high blood pressure, and more. It reactivates your self-healing powers!
