Dining & Leisure

The cuisine is delicate and light. The pampering board (half board plus) includes a breakfast buffet, a wellness snack in the afternoon, and a 4- to 5-course menu with freshly prepared specialties in the evening. On Saturdays, enjoy a gala menu. Additionally, vegetarian, lactose-free, or gluten-free options are available. Depending on the program, you will receive the Vital & Light full board diet according to LOGI (further information in the section "Slimming & detox"). Guests undergoing the Schroth therapy dine in a separate room. Additional facilities include a hotel bar and a fireplace corner.

Slimming & detox

Vital & Light Diet-Full Board: according to LOGI, approx. 1,200 kcal, sugar and carbohydrate-reduced diet for weight loss and metabolism stimulation. As full board with a 2-course menu at lunch and dinner, as half board with a 4-course menu in the evening.

Vegan Fasting according to J.Schroth: recognized natural healing method with low-fat, low-salt, and low-protein diet (full board diet, approx. 650 kcal), involving the whole person. Weight loss and detox lead to renewed well-being. Ideal for overweight, acidosis, lipid metabolism disorders, high blood pressure, diabetes, and more.

Wellness & Spa

Relax in the bathing area with an indoor pool (about 28°C) featuring a waterfall. A newly designed sauna area awaits you with pine sauna, salt stone sauna, and organic sauna, ice fountain, sensorial showers, and alternating foot baths. Relaxation room and sun terrace.

Beauty & Wellness Center

Relieve everyday stress effectively - stay healthy and beautiful across approximately 360 sqm, for both men and women (open daily, Sundays by appointment). Featuring Thalasso, Ayurveda, Colon-Hydro-Therapy, and all classic treatments as well as Medical Wellness and Health. A general practitioner is available on-site, and a spa doctor is available in the town.

Fitness & Courses

Participate in the diverse exercise program with changing classes, guided hikes, and Nordic walking, conducted by the in-house sports director (Mon.-Fri.). The fitness park with modern cardio, fitness, and functional equipment (Imoove and Power Plate at a charge and only with instruction and supervision due to the risk of injury) invites you to engage in physical activity. A personal trainer is available for individual fitness and health advice. A nutritional and health lecture takes place weekly on Monday.

Free Time

The region of Oberstaufen, situated at an altitude of 645-1833 meters, is one of the major winter sports centers in the Allgäu (cross-country ski trail nearby) and also offers versatile opportunities in summer, such as hiking trails (summer/winter), mountain biking, tennis, and much more. A green fee discount and courses are available at the Oberstaufen-Steibis golf courses and Golf Park Bregenzer Wald.

The hotel offers trekking bike rentals and, for a fee, e-bikes from May to October.

The price-performance ratio is right here! Excellent cuisine, good spa facilities. Daily guided hikes and fitness classes. Courteous and friendly staff. I had a very nice week. I would love to come back soon.

We traveled with our dog who was not allowed in the restaurant and not allowed to run through the hotel. There were 2 extra tables near the entrance for dog owners, which were always nicely set.
