The imbalance of the acid-base balance in the human body is often the cause of discomfort. A balance between acids and bases is required for normal metabolism. Our metabolism needs a sufficient supply of minerals to neutralize acids. Deposited acids in the connective tissue can be detected with an electronic resistance measurement, the Prefit Body Scan.

The Acidosana® Balance Week is based on the 4 pillars of wellness: nutrition, exercise, relaxation, and positive thoughts. Experience the soothing cleansing, detoxifying, and deacidifying of your own body through the skin (baths with alkaline bath additives, salt peeling, wraps, tourmaline dome). Support your body with active and passive movement (Aqua Fit, Nordic Walking, and Acidosana® deacidification massages). Your detox week is additionally supported with specifically selected alkaline-rich nutrition (vegan). At the Organic & Wellness Hotel Alpenblick in Höchenschwand, slimming down is a delightful experience! The principle is simple. You will be served up to four-course menus rich in protein and valuable plant oils, avoiding carbohydrates and sides like pasta, potatoes, or bread. Instead, enjoy vegetables, salads, meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products. After 2 to 3 days, your metabolism adjusts and produces energy for daily needs through fat metabolism, provided you strictly adhere to the served menus and refrain from snacking on sweets. Carbohydrates are not essential, meaning they are not vital for life. One gram of carbohydrates per kilo of body weight is allowed but is already present in vegetables, fruits, dairy products, and protein bread. The alkaline powder for morning and evening is crucial for your acid-base balance, as people with high acidity cannot lose weight. Our tip: Participate diligently in the activity program and continue it at home!Not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
