During the initial consultation, an Ayurveda doctor will create your individual dietary plan, ensuring that each guest receives meals appropriate to their doshas during their treatment. Breakfast starts with a cup of herbal porridge, followed by a main dish and finally a fruit platter. Lunch begins with a soup, followed by a main dish and a dessert. Dinner consists of a soup, then a light main dish, and ends with a light dessert or fruits.

In the traditionally furnished Ayurveda Center with 10 treatment rooms, a qualified team of 2 Ayurveda doctors and 8 therapists welcomes you. Treatments are spread throughout the day and prescribed individually by the Ayurveda doctor. From traditional Ayurveda massages to cleansing procedures and special herbal treatments, the hotel offers a comprehensive range of therapies to promote health and well-being. Acupuncture may also be included in the treatments as prescribed or can be added for an additional charge on site. Yoga sessions are held 6 times a week as part of the therapy.
