Just a few kilometres from the international airport, Negombo offers a blend of colonial architecture, traditional markets, and a rich cultural history. The Negombo Lagoon is famous for its diverse birdlife and invites boat trips. An ideal destination for beach lovers and culture enthusiasts alike.

Dining & Leisure

During the initial consultation, an Ayurveda doctor will create your individual dietary plan, ensuring that each guest receives meals appropriate to their doshas during their treatment. Breakfast starts with a cup of herbal porridge, followed by a main dish and finally a fruit platter. Lunch begins with a soup, followed by a main dish and a dessert. Dinner consists of a soup, then a light main dish, and ends with a light dessert or fruits.

Ayurveda Center

In the traditionally decorated Ayurveda Center with 10 treatment rooms, the qualified team of 2 Ayurveda doctors and 8 therapists welcomes you. Treatments are conducted throughout the day and individually prescribed by the Ayurveda doctor. From traditional Ayurveda massages to cleansing procedures and special herbal treatments, the hotel offers a comprehensive range of therapies to promote health and well-being. Acupuncture may also be included in the treatments as prescribed or can be added for an additional charge on-site. Yoga sessions are held 6 times a week as part of the treatment program.

Beautiful Ayurveda hotel with very competent, dedicated, experienced Ayurveda doctors. The therapists who perform the massages and herbal treatments are also very professional, motivated and friendly. The food was very tasty, lovingly prepared and presented. The room is large with a high ceiling, large bathroom and lovely balcony with sea view. There are 5-6 treatments throughout the day. Every morning before breakfast there is 90 minutes of yoga with meditation on the terrace. Unfortunately, you can't swim in the sea because of the strong current and the rocks. But the pool is nice and big :) And the sunsets on the beach are fantastic. Colombo International Airport is only 30 minutes away. A pick-up service is available by arrangement.

This was my first Ayurvedic healing therapy and I am thrilled. Dr. Ravindra, Dr. Achala and their team of therapists helped me a lot. My impression is that Dr. Ravindra is an excellent and sensitive Ayurvedic doctor. Each guest is treated individually. During the daily consultation, we always discuss how to proceed and the treatments are adjusted if necessary. I always felt that I was in good hands. Thank you very much!
