• Ayurvedic full board and Ayurvedic beverages
• Initial and final consultation with an Ayurveda specialist, determination of doshas, setting of the individual treatment plan, daily care by Ayurveda specialist as needed
• Daily Ayurvedic treatments (approx. 3-5 per day, number of treatment days = nights +1): including Abhyanga oil massages, Shirodhara forehead oil pouring, body scrubs, herbal steam bath (Swedana) as well as additional facial, back, neck, and foot massages, reflexology treatments, and tuning fork applications

• Daily relaxation and exercise, e.g., meditation (including In the Dark, Eyecandle), Pranayama, guided, partly in nature (Walking Meditation), yoga sequences, blockage release, back/cardio training according to doshas, morning walk
• Tea ceremony with guided self-lymph drainage (head, approx. 1.5-2 hrs), Ayurveda cooking class, Ayurveda lectures, discussion rounds as available
• Use of bathrobe, Wi-Fi, infrared sauna, gym (by prescription only), Little Ayubowan
• Transfer from/to Bad Berleburg station (by prior arrangement)

Extension days without Ayurveda treatments can be requested.

Arrival by 11 a.m., departure in the afternoon, to fully receive the treatments on the day of arrival/departure (adjusted treatments, lunch included on both days). The treatment schedule will be individually tailored after the consultation, allowing for some treatments to be omitted or others added.
