The Atmantam Wellness Center is secluded and allows you to fully concentrate on yourself and the spa. I have already done some Ayurveda treatments - the therapists are the best I have ever had. The staff is extremely courteous- I also appreciated that there was mostly no buffet but you could usually select from a menu. As a solo traveler, I found a connection quickly - there are mostly Indian guests here - all very open and very friendly. In conclusion, the best Ayurveda cure I have ever had.
