The Senses is ideal for lovers of healthy eating, offering nutritious and delicious healthy dishes for lunch and dinner. It serves a variety of healthy options, including raw juice blends, superfood smoothies, salads, appetizers, main courses, desserts, herbal teas, and organic coffee. The menu is prepared from real, unrefined whole foods and free-range products. The dishes and drinks are prepared based on anti-aging medicine insights to reduce inflammation in the body. Additionally, the chef pays attention to food intolerances/allergies. The menu offers seasonal and innovative cuisine with a variety of traditional influences. Senses serves as an exclusive Welleisure Club for guests participating in wellness programs and/or staying in Pool Villas: they can use the sun loungers next to the infinity pool.

For breakfast, guests have the choice of buffet or à la carte, depending on the restaurant choice - wellness guests can enjoy a buffet at Siri or choose from a healthy menu at Senses. Lunch and dinner are à la carte.

Wellness & Spa

The luxurious Amatara Wellness Center (approx. 1180 sqm, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.) features 12 treatment rooms, a Thai hammam, salt lounge, yoga pavilion, steam sauna, tepidarium, and a separate pool for water treatments/classes. Yoga and meditation, physiotherapy. Amatara offers holistic wellness and health programs tailored to individual needs, designed to enhance well-being and inner happiness.

Thai Hammam: All programs from 5 nights include the Thai Hammam Journey. This is the world's first to combine traditional Turkish and Moroccan bathing practices with the gentleness and wisdom of Thai spa therapies. The Thai Hammam treatments include a series of steps for cleansing, rejuvenation, and relaxation. The treatment consists of alternating cold and warm temperatures with water, steam, heated stone beds, ice treatments, and sauna. Traditional sauna, rain shower, aromatic Thai herbal steam, massage with 100% natural Moroccan black soap, deep skin exfoliation with authentic Hammam Kessa glove, therapeutic thermal mud treatment, Himalayan salt cave therapy and relaxation, Amatara massage. After the treatment, snacks and herbal tea are provided.

Fitness & Courses

Fitness Center (Gym), tennis court, SUP and kayak rental. Tennis balls and a tennis partner can be booked for a fee.

Synergy Studio with a weekly class schedule including yoga, Pilates, TRX, and Thai boxing, as well as water aerobics. Creative group classes such as painting ceramics or making your own soaps and candles. All group sports classes can also be booked as private lessons (on request and for a fee). Classes must be booked at the reception of the Wellness Center.

Pool Area

Infinity Pool (approx. 55m), illuminated at night with fiber optic "stars". Equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a sea view. Separate pool in the wellness area and private pools when staying in one of the pool villas.

Free Time

Amatara delights with its philosophy of delicious and healthy cuisine, which you can learn in exciting cooking classes. A golf course is located 25 minutes away.
