Daily treatments, yoga, meditation, and vegetarian Ayurveda cuisine help the body and mind to relax and gather new energy. The Garden Wing, with short paths to the Ayurveda area, and the Riverfront Rooms with views of the Bentota River, give the stay different accents - ideal for Ayurveda beginners as well as guests who wish to experience Sri Lanka's healing tradition in a well-maintained, nature-connected atmosphere.

The resort is located in Bentota, a popular coastal town on Sri Lanka's west coast. The beach is just a short walk away; a coastal road and railway line separate the property from the sea. In the vicinity, you'll find local markets, quaint shops, and the Bentota River, which invites you to boat trips and excursions. The location beautifully combines Ayurveda, proximity to the beach, and authentic Sri Lankan experiences. Whether it's a stroll by the sea, visiting the Bawa Gardens, a boat tour on the Maadu River, or a trip to Galle - around Bentota, relaxation is easily paired with delightful discoveries.

At the open Ayurveda restaurant by the pool, vegetarian Ayurvedic meals are served buffet-style. The cuisine is tailored to the therapy, blending digestible ingredients with the flavours of Sri Lanka. Water and herbal tea complement the meals. A weekly cooking class offers insights into Ayurvedic nutrition and demonstrates how to continue its simple principles at home. For travel companions or guests wishing to dine outside of the therapy, the public "Aida" restaurant across the street is available upon request.

The Ayurveda Center is the heart of the resort. Three Ayurvedic doctors and a skilled team of therapists guide guests throughout their stay. The therapy begins with a comprehensive consultation to determine the constitutional type and to create a personalized treatment plan. Depending on medical advice, the therapy includes daily multiple treatments such as massages, herbal and steam baths, Shirodhara, wraps, nasal cleansings, colon cleansings, or acupuncture. These treatments aim to relieve the body, promote inner balance, and build new vitality. Available programs include regeneration from 7 nights and Panchakarma-oriented therapies for stress management or weight reduction from 14 nights. The treatments take place in a quiet, protected area; the Ayurvedic herbal and steam baths are nestled in a secluded, tropically designed garden area, offering a particularly calm, private atmosphere. Also located separately in the garden is the traditional Ayurvedic herbal sauna "Kutti", heated with aromatic herbs and woods, creating an authentic, nature-connected wellness experience. The production of the used herbal medicine is subject to strict quality controls. Yoga and meditation sessions are held either on the covered terrace on the first floor or in the garden of the side wing overlooking the Bentota River.

In addition to the Ayurveda therapy, there is time for gentle explorations in and around Bentota. The beach is perfect for walks, the Bentota River for boat trips, and local markets offer a vibrant glimpse into daily life in Sri Lanka. Excursions, such as to Galle, the Bawa Gardens, or the Maadu River, can be organized for a fee. An open-air amphitheater, a jeweler, a tailor, and occasional evening entertainment complement the on-site offerings.
