The family-run Boutique Resort Absolute Sanctuary, nestled in the tranquil northeast of Koh Samui, is renowned as a haven for rejuvenation, balance, and holistic well-being. Specializing in detox, yoga, fitness, and healthy eating, the resort offers stunning sea views, an exceptional spa, a magnesium pool, and daily classes to enhance both body and mind. The Mediterranean-style rooms provide ample comfort and relaxation. The on-site restaurant serves healthy, freshly prepared cuisine, including vegan and detox options. The beaches of Chaweng and Choeng Mon are just about a 10-minute drive away (shuttle service included).

Location & Surroundings

The Absolute Sanctuary is nestled in the tranquil northeast of Koh Samui, amidst green hills overlooking the sea, far from the hustle and bustle yet centrally located. The international airport is about a 10-minute drive away. The popular Chaweng beaches with numerous shopping and nightlife options, as well as the serene sandy beach of Choeng Mon, are also just about 10 minutes away by car. A daily shuttle service conveniently transports guests to the beaches.

Dining & Leisure

At the "Love Kitchen" with its inviting terrace, guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The fresh, light, and healthy dishes – whether detox, vegetarian, seafood, or meat – impress with their excellent taste and are mostly prepared using regional and organic ingredients.

Inspired by the renowned "Absolute Fit Food" nutrition concept in Bangkok, the kitchen team combines innovative cooking methods with the targeted use of superfoods and wholesome ingredients. The result is nutrient-rich dishes that not only benefit your health but also taste superb. The cuisine at The Love Kitchen excels with calorie-conscious, nutrient-rich dishes tailored to enhance guest well-being. Superfoods and natural, whole ingredients free from chemical additives, refined sugar, and trans fats are used. Carefully selected organic products from local farms as well as high-quality imported ingredients are processed. When booking a wellness package, a special Wellness Cuisine is served. Additionally, there is a Juice Bar in the hotel.

In line with the hotel's wellness concept, alcohol is prohibited throughout the resort.

Wellness & Spa

The Absolute Sanctuary offers a comprehensive wellness and spa programme that harmonises body and mind. The Absolute Spa features 13 treatment rooms – seven indoors and six outdoors – where traditional Thai massages, aromatherapy, facial yoga, and specialised detox treatments are available. Notably, there are four rooms dedicated to colon hydrotherapy, integral to the professional detox programmes. These programmes combine a tailored diet with daily treatments such as colon hydrotherapy or manual lymphatic drainage to ensure lasting regeneration and detoxification.

Fitness & Courses

For active guests, a modern gym with a variety of training options is available. In addition to classic cardio and strength equipment, the resort features a contemporary Group Reformer Studio with ten high-quality Merrithew™ SPX Reformer machines, as well as a fully equipped private Pilates studio with apparatuses like the Cadillac, Chair, Barrel, and eight Core Suspend stations. The Absolute Yoga Center offers up to 25 classes daily, including Hatha, Flow, Hot Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation. Sessions are held in two studios: a heated indoor studio and an open Yoga Shala in the garden with a stunning sea view. The programme caters to both beginners and experienced yogis alike.

Pool Area

The 20-meter-long saltwater pool provides ideal conditions for swimming and relaxation. Surrounded by a spacious sun terrace, it invites you to sunbathe and unwind. The tranquil setting with views of the greenery ensures a harmonious atmosphere – perfect for recharging after yoga or spa treatments.

My vacation was super relaxing. The programs and massages were great. My favorite part was the staff, the food and the smooth flow of treatments and programs. I really came down from the stress level completely. It was very nice and I will be happy to come back.

My time at the Absolute Sanctuary on Koh Samui was great. The yoga classes were very varied and were well taught, the massages were the best I've ever had. And the food was delicious. Small touches, e.g. asking your favourite scent beforehand and then leaving it in the room each day - completed the holiday

best days of the year. Very beautiful!!!
